FAQ’s BEFORE signing up

1. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE 12 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM?

Simply accept the challenge by filling in this form.

2.WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY 12 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM?

Here is what to expect during the 12 week program:
*You will receive a meal plan to help and guide you towards your specific goals which will be monitored and adjusted according to your progress.
*You will receive 12 weeks of online training, help and support from me via WattsApp and check-up messages.
*You will receive a full body workout in the form of 6 videos every 4 weeks with complete instructions ( homeworkouts/gymworkouts depending on your preference)

3.HOW WILL KARIEN KEEP TRACK OF MY PROGRESS?

*I need 3 “before” pics from you (front, side and back)
*I will also need a In-Body scans from you.
*I will also need your measurements taken in centimeters according to the measuring chart available.

4.HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?

Cost is R1200 for 12 weeks payable upfront or in 3 payments of R400 pm payable at the beginning of each month.

5.WILL I NEED TO USE EXTRA SUPPLEMENTS?

Supplements is optional, although you will receive a USN supplement guide to assist you in getting the most out of you workouts and help you towards your specific and personal goals.

6.WHAT IS AN IN-BODY SCAN ?

InBody body composition analyzers break down your weight and display your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand Result Sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted kg’s or a complete body transformation.

A In-Body scan usually cost around R200. Most medical aids pay for it. Ask your nearest doctor, dietitian or any other medical professional to do it.
